At Haus Luxe Collective, every piece is made just for you — handcrafted, custom, and full of love. Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.
Please double-check your order details and shipping address before checking out — we start production right away!
💔 Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your order from the moment it arrives. If something shows up damaged, please reach out to us within 2 business days of delivery with clear photos of:

The damaged item

The packaging (inside + outside)

The shipping label
We’ll take a look and let you know the next steps. Replacements are handled case by case and depend on the situation.
If the damage appears to be caused by postal mishandling (like crushed boxes or ripped packaging), you’ll need to file a claim with the postal carrier, since this is outside of our control.
If the box looks fine but the product is damaged, send us those pics — we’ve got you.
📦 Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the postal service.
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact your local post office to file a claim or missing mail report.
We can’t issue refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, but we’ll always try to guide you through next steps where possible.
