  • Custom apparel, accessories, and cups: Usually take 5-10 business days to create.

  • Digital products: Delivered instantly via email after purchase.

  • Processing times may vary during launches, holidays, or sales — but promise, it’s worth the wait. ✨

🚀 Shipping Time

  • U.S. orders typically arrive 3-7 business days after shipping.

  • International orders vary depending on your local carrier and customs.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox.

Please note: We can’t control shipping delays once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or other carriers — but we’ll always help where we can.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address before checkout. If you realize there’s an error, contact us immediately — we can’t make changes once your order has entered production or been shipped.

Packages returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipping fee.

 

💌 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors, your building office, or your local post office.
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll always do our best to help you track them down.
